That's about as low as I remember but I think there were 3 of them.....again my memory is a little fuzzy on this. I just remember that for about a half a second i was sure I was going to die. I sit two rows from the top in the end zone so they seemed very very close

I don't think we had a flyover last year, I think the last one we had was for the kNU game in 2008. It was a 2 unit flyover, with one of the pilots being an ISU grad.

Then we promptly got spanked by kNU.

We had 4 Blackhawks flyover for the army game.

Virginia Beach? Heck, come visit me down in Tulsa. Every morning when I'm driving to work there are usually a couple fighters that fly in to the airport. Really cool to see, not so cool when you leave your window open and are trying to catch some extra sleep on your day off.

I think in today's day & age, people would be a bit frightened to see a jumbo jet coming towards them.

They were a bit frightened back then, with Nelson Mandela being in the stadium that day and all - plus it's a huge freakin' jumbo jet.

I'm not saying it'd be appropriate today, I'm just saying that it was sweet.
