Hawkeye fan here.

Tough loss, but the Clones played a helluva game.

I think ISU simply outplayed Nebraska. If it weren't for the turnovers, ISU wins this game by more than a touchdown, IMO.

That 2-pt. conversion was wide open and a decent pass would have sent the huskers home in utter shock.

Wish you could have pulled it out, but you gotta be encouraged about your future and the job Paul Rhodes is doing.

Thanks. I now know what you guys went through last year in the Ohio State game when KF decided to kneel down instead of trying to win the game in regulation. That is painful.

Iowa will never know if they could have beaten OSU in regulation last year, and ISU will never know if they could have beaten Nebraska in regulation today. That's tough. YOU PLAY TO WIN THE GAME!

Thanks 6, I thought ISU outplayed kNU for the most part. I am pretty disappointed, I cannot imagine what the players are feeling. We will see them in a bowl game within 3 seasons, this is my lead pipe lock.

Oh STFU. I admit I'm with you when it comes to the kneel, I feel we should have at least taken a shot at it, but we didn't and we played to our strength with the short field, and with the way our defense had been playing the last couple drives I don't blame Rhoads a bit.

You need to stop ******** about the loss, and realize that we just about knocked off a top 10 team at home on national(ish) TV and see where Rhoads is taking this program! I have high hopes for the future.

I wished we would've taken 1 shot. But I agreed give our guys time to catch their breath and win it in OT. Loved the 2 pt call. The wind helped us all game except for that play. Kind of funny when you think about it.
