I am not too worried about Colorado or Missouri
You think ISU's loss to Nebraska was heartbreaking, how does Colorado play next after giving up a 45-17 lead in the 4th qtr to Kansas.....
If ISU plays the way they should then we will win....
ISU beats Colorado next week as Colorado is a train wreck now....
Next we go to Missouri Tigers, a team that got blown out by Nebraska then they lost to the worst team in the Big 12 South in Texas Tech... Texas Tech is not a good team at all this year and Missouri only put up 17 points on them,,,,
Missouri Tigers reminds of the Michigan State in years past....

Re: I am not too worried about Colorado or Missouri
I think the Colorado will be a lot like the KU game last week. I think we'll win fairly comfortabley but I could see CU keeping it close. Mizzou I'm not so sure about, Tech is a completely different team at home and Mizzou is only a few weeks removed from beating OU and blowing out A&M(BTW A&M hasn't lost since) in College Station. But really who knows the Big 12 has been a roller coaster ride week in and week out.
The only bigger turnoff than finding out a woman smokes, is finding out she's a Husker fan. -
Re: I am not too worried about Colorado or Missouri
This weekend showed that any team can win on any given Saturday. Was there a full moon or something? We should beat up on Colorado no problem. Mizzou is shaping up to be a great game. We need to take care of business in Boulder, then look to put a hurting on the "Tuff as Rain" Missouri Tigers.

Re: I am not too worried about Colorado or Missouri
We can beat colorado, but i never feel good about going into boulder... we have something like 3 wins in the last 50 years there.

Re: I am not too worried about Colorado or Missouri
Colorado won't have much to play for. Hawkins out, team is a mess. However, they would love nothing more that to depart from the Big XII beating us. We never play well in Boulder. We really need to focus on this one and not look ahead to MO. Both are beatable but not at the same time.

Re: I am not too worried about Colorado or Missouri
I've been a Cyclone fan way too long to get cocky and think any game is a give me. We're banged up.

Re: I am not too worried about Colorado or Missouri
Question:
How many of those games has Paul Rhoads lost? That stat is meaningless with this coach and team. This is a new era of Cyclone football.

Every game is a battle. CPR will rally his troops. Hearts broken last night - only one way to fix it: kick some *** and take some names.

First you say that any team can win on any saturday, but then you say we should beat up on Colorado no problem.

Re: I am not too worried about Colorado or Missouri
my Eyes on Colorado - Mizzou looked scary good vs OU, Colorado has the talent to win on any given Saturday - just ask Georgia. Win vs Colorado and then play up from there. Hate the idea of a play in game vs Mizzou when we can get it done this Saturday.

Re: I am not too worried about Colorado or Missouri
I'm not taking anything for granted in Boulder because its always been tough to win there but you got to think yesterday's epic collapse has crushed Colorado. A bowl trip will be on the line for us, CPR will have no problem getting the troops fired up

Re: I am not too worried about Colorado or Missouri
Some reasons why CU MAY not just lay down for us........
Senior Day
@ CU
CU knows they have a CHANCE of winning
PRIDE
Yes......IF we play like we did yesterday, we will roll.......but
I've seen to many ISU games to take this one to the bank......

Re: I am not too worried about Colorado or Missouri
question...since i am new to the college football games...i have a question about playing in Boulder. Since they (CU) always play in that thin air out there, and our guys aren't used to it, 1) is this a factor in us seeming to get whooped up on? 2) Does our side take out oxygen for the guys to breath when they get winded, or do they train especially hard to develop better lung capacity the week of going out there...and thus they are more tired when they get there?
