This team is bi-polar. Wouldn't surprised me at all if we won. We've had games this year when we've been really good. And then we've had games like Iowa, OU, Utah and today.

We may not win next week but these guys won't lay down. I expect a good game.

If we win this saturday it will not be because of a trend pattern...it will be because this team decided to look each other in the eye and say "I don't want to be done playing this game Nov. 20th. I want to be playing in a bowl game." Their goal is still attainable and will take a COMPLETE Cyclone team performance to win. Missouri is a good football team, ranked yes, but not unstoppable, not unbeatable. We know we can play with Nebraska, we can more than compete with Mizzou: we can win. Just a matter of everyone rallying and winning one for Austen...

It'll be tough, but I fully expect Iowa State to give it their all. That's what they've been doing all year.

Anyone have the pattern that shows us choking in games that decide things like bowl eligibility or conference championship game appearances?

I'd love to see us win. The reality is, I don't see it happening. People can say they believe, but if they had to put a large sum of money down on the game what would they bet on? When a person has something of their own to lose its amazing how that person's mindset begins to change.

Sure you do.
We played Texas the next week, and won.
I believe THAT we will win, because our players , unlike the fans, aren't done trying yet.
No we didn't play well enough to win in Boulder, but I refuse to write our obituary before we play the game against Mizzou.

I'll be there as always, since 1972, come cold and snow, they have earned my support, I'm a committed ISU fan.

Win or lose, I love my cyclones.

The rest of you can flush and get off the self pity pot.
