We have two at this point. Add that to the three we have on the team now. I think six would be over doing it.

Especially since none of our scholarship QBs are set to graduate next year.

You can't ever have too many QB's. They are typically athletic and smart. Get as many QB's as possible and play them at some other position.

So if a great QB all of a sudden decides he'd like to go to ISU, we'd turn him away? I don't think so.

I believe the original question was "are we currently recruiting any more QBs", not "would we accept a committment from a top-notch QB recruit if he fell in our lap".

I wouldn't say that there is zero need. We have little to no experience at the position going into next year. We have Tiller but we don't know if he is the QB we need. I'm not saying that picking up a JUCO QB is something we should do, just that the option should be looked at and probably has been looked at

Do the math on a JUCO transfer who takes a redhsirt like they would need to play the position. They would effectively have the same eligibility as Capello with less time in the system and one less year eligibility than Barnett with less time in the system. Of course, then there is Tiller who would be a senior and have 4 years in the system. It just doesn't make sense unless you get a Seneca or Cam Newton-$200,000.
