IMO, our jerseys, weather red or yellow, need some white in them. I'd love to see a white accent stripe added to the home jerseys.

I saw a photo of them earlier in the day ... Wish I had seen them in action ... couldn't even see the game on TV this time

As I said earlier, they look sharp. I think one game per season (with a surprise factor built in) would be cool.

(Note: and that should be the only alternate .. home, away and "One-game-optional gold")

I think the gold look could be something that could be Iowa State's signature as far as uniforms go. They looked great tonight.

At first glance I thought they were bad, but as the game went on I became a fan of the gold.

I think they should keep them for special games, like they used to do with the all red uniforms back years ago, or like Notre Dame does with the green jerseys. Extra motivation for the players to earn using the gold uniforms. I'm not a huge fan of them, but if they incite better play from the players it's all good.

I wish is was more of a gold tinge like the 2007 Iowa game instead of the straight up hard yellow. It can be improved upon.
