Thats a good suggestion he made for the farmers or others who can't make every game. Buy the tix and donate them to some future clone fans at the boys & girls clubs for the games you can't make. Who knows how many of there friends they will tell about there awesome experience at the game.

Where is this "defensive line-heavy recruiting class will start to pay off some this season" that he's talking about?

Current 2011 Class David Irving, DE Devin Lemke, DE
2010 Class Brandon Jensen, DT Nick Kron, DE Rony Nelson, DE
2009 Class Walter Woods, DT Taylor Martin, DE
2008 Class Jake McDonough, DE Adrin Haughton, DT Cleyon Laing, DE Stephen Ruempolhamer, DT
There could be some players who originally were recruited as OL or TE that are now playing DT or DE. I don't know. Is 2 to 4 players a year considered "defensive line-heavy recruiting"? The 2008 class should be much improved next year.

They already seem willing to take hits, now they just need to start giving them.

Here's what we will have as of right now it appears.....
Seniors- Rump, Lattimer, Neal, Black
Juniors- Nelson, McDonough, Laing, Maggitt
Sophs- Aaron Moore, Willie Scott, Walter Woods
RS Fresh- Brandon Jensen, Nick Kron
True Fresh- David Irving, Devin Lemke, Jevohn Miller?
A starting lineup of Rony Nelson, Rump, McDonough, and Lattimer wouldn't really be too shabby? Maggitt and Neal would give us some DE depth, and hopefully Laing and Woods or Black can provide depth inside?
It sure wouldn't hurt to get a couple of those California JUCO's either. Bojay Filomateu? and the other Samoan name I can't remember.
We desperately need some young DT's though. Walter Woods and Brandon Jensen are the only ones we have that are sophomores or younger it appears?

That's rough that Hobbs is injured. Until some of the guys this year, I hadn't seen a guy play harder as a Cyclone than Ellis Hobbs. That's a guy that could really bring it. I'm pulling for him to get better and resume his career in the NFL.
