Four Cyclones named 2nd team All-Big 12
The Big 12 just released it's All-Conference teams. Jake Knott, Leonard Johnson, Ben Lamaak and Collin Franklin were all named 2nd team All-Conference.

I'm shocked to see Leonard Johnson a 2nd team player after we heard about how bad he was early this year. And how the other CB's were better! -

 Originally Posted by Knownothing I thought Vanderkamp would do a lot better than that. He is basically the 3rd punter in conference, and really should have got 2nd team over Henrey since he is really more of a kicker, and got a vote as Def Frosh of the Year. Pretty good for a true freshman punter.

There's no excuse for Knott not being a first teamer and Klein not being a second teamer.

There wasn't a better LB'er in the conference but he did play for Iowa State, so I guess that is the explanation right there. -

I thought LJ played poorly in the first half, but definitely stepped it up throughout the season. He was close to shutdown in the final 3 games.
