    Coach Ash- Wisconsin

Not sure if anyone cares but I'm getting word he has been named their new DC.
Always thought he was a class act with HS coaches and was pretty good recruiter for us in both stints.

I must have missed it, where did Wisky's D-coordinator go?

Heard some funny stories about him from the bowl trip last year. Nice recruiter.

Might not be too long before Ash himself is in the running for a HC position. Always very impressed with Ash and have watched his progression over the last 10 years. Glad to have him for 2 tours in Ames.

Great move for Coach Ash - but, surprising move if you ask me....

Reason i say that is Coach Partridge has been at UDub since 2007 and his job this year with the DLINE was one of the best in all of college football. He's as qualified if not more qualified having served as Assist coach here at isu in 1998-1999. then having great success at Pittsburgh coaching multiple positions from 2003-2007.

Congrats to Coach Ash always a classy guy, but, wonder how Coach Partridge looks at that when a coach that walks into a Co-Defensive Backs coach is promoted to D. Coordinator after only one year. Don't be surprised if Dorean dont come back and hire Partridge as his D-Coordinator.

With the ridiculous numbers Wisconsin's offense has put up this year, Paul Chryst will definitely be in the mix in coaching searches

Coach Partridge may be heading to Miami per the Wisconsin message boards.

Yes, great point. I think he was director of football ops in 2000. He has impressed as well. Mac hired some good young guys as Alford and Grant are doing well and those guys leaving certainly took it's toll.
