What Goshow should've said was that he couldn't believe he was done Monday. Which isn't too uncommon. Especially since Capello is an athlete who has a redshirt year. His plan for a 4 year degree would be stretched out to 5 years and he would likely only have to take 12-14 credits per semester. (just guessing here) Less classes=less finals.

Did I mention I have a final Friday at 7:30 AM? Weak sauce.

Had his test at 7:30 and was on the road at 8:00. Pulled into our drive at midnight.That was a 16 hour drive which should have taken longer,but i don't suspect he obeyed thre speed limit.

Mr. and Mrs. Capello,

I am writing to you not reading much of what all went on between your first post and the last one I read. Here's what I am going to say:

Happy Holidays and its about time an athlete's parents showed as much interest as the rest of us in Cyclone athletics. I absolutely love reading Capello's threads on here. I am so happy that Capello family is talking to the fan base on a regular basis. I understand that not all of us are smart bloggers on this site but we do have quite a few people that are dedicated to Cyclone athletics. Take me for example. I was not even born in this country and now Iowa State is my identity.

The bottom line is this. Even if Capello is not the starter next year, I know one thing for sure. I am absolutely loving the passion of the Capello family towards Cyclone Athletics and I am so happy that Rhoads made an awesome decision in recruting your son.

Please be safe this holiday. We need you just as much as your son on the roster :)

14 looks a lot like 16. Wonder if an opposing team would notice if 14 walked out to be a holder on an extra point attempt turned sneaky 2 point conversion??? If that would have worked we might of all still been recovering from our trip to Dallas and wondering if our bank accounts could handle the bowl trip.
