Big 12 Bowl Affiliations

And.. those bowls pay for top picks... theyre going to want one of the higher picks of the big 12... but so are some of our established picks. The problems with our tie-ins arent at the top, but the bottom.

The bottom picks in four other BCS conferences are fairly regional, though. They have to be in order to hope for shorter travel distances for participating fans.

Just have the Alamo or Holiday move to January 1st. Problem solved. The Outback used to play at 10 a.m., why not the Alamo?

I want to keep the Fiesta, Cotton, Alamo, and Holiday at all costs. Let's keep the little history and tradition this conference has.

I would swap the Fiesta for the Orange Bowl in a heartbeat. I think the Big XII blew it when they formed by not working harder to keep the Orange Bowl as their top draw.

The Outback Bowl would be my top pick for a non BCS Bowl. You get the sun and beaches in Tampa and get to play in a cool NFL stadium. I've heard from Iowa fans that it's a great time
