I thought McDermott was the one that started it. I don't remember Chizik having any kind of slogan for his team while he was here.
Not sure the origin but this was our team motto basically back in 2008-09 with McDermott. The players didn't buy into it so much I guess but we had team shirts and whatnot with "ALL IN" on the back and in the team huddles at the end of practices etc we would say ALL IN vs saying Cyclones or something.

yes it was a McDermott thing, Chizik took it with him and used it his first year at Auburn
