Who ever really sobers up during Veishea week anyways? The best week long buzz ever! Although the sunday at the end of Veishea always includes a killer hangover.
Damnn.. wish they wouldn't have it the Saturday of Veishea every year. If it wasnt for being hung over and the annual beer olympics, my friends and I would definately be attending.
College football isn't part of your Olympics?! What, are they co-ed? Methinks your executive committee needs to re-convene.
Dean Wormer was wrong. Fat, drunk and stupid was a great way to go through college (all five years of it).
Having the Spring Game the same weekend of VEISHEA is clutch IMO...I've been asking for years why they didn't do it to bring in better attendance. Instead they use to do it the week before or week after. As an out of towner - I usually had to pick and choose...now I don't. It's a great weekend to be in Ames.
