Louvan Green cancels Baylor visit, down to 3
Its ISU, Washington State, or UNLV. Scout.com: Green down to three schools
Also had offers from Oregon State and Baylor, obviously.
Would be a big get especially considering all the posters here having a hissy fit about lack of DTs.
"He is the toughest I have ever been around, physically and mentally," Burnham said. "You can beat him down but you’re not going to beat him out. He’s got the mindset of, ‘If you’re going to get me out of this game, you’re going to have to kill me.’ That’s about where he is."

Where is everyone saying we aren't recruiting any DTs?

But one DT who is going to be here two years doesn't exactly build our DT depth for the future, does it? I still think we need a HS DT like Kaleb Johnson to come on down.

I just thought it was funny that a thread about having a very good shot at a DT with some BCS offers was about 5 posts long and the threads about not getting any DTs is about 5 pages long.

was this guy really listed at 6'6" when CW said he was visiting? 6'2" is a huge difference from 6'6".......

You mean, one that is actually an OL? Where have you seen it posted that we are recruiting him as a DT? Miami is recruiting him as an OL, he is concerned with who their OL coach will be, he certainly looks as if he considers himself an offensive lineman to me.
If we sign Louvan Green, whether we sign someone like Richardson or not, that meets an immediate need for next Fall. Then the coaches can sit back and focus their efforts on the '12 class, when there is presumably a deeper talent pool at DT. Not to mention coming off what I feel will be an even more impressive campaign. I was pretty sure CW said 6'4" 295. Johnson, on the other hand, is listed as 6'5"
"Hey! I'm building something here!"

If you search for 2011 DT prospects in the Rivals database, there are 536. Can we just sign one to get one on our commit list? -
