Re: Kenneth Lynn back?
4.45 and 30" is still pretty incredible for a HSer. 4.45 and 36" is amazing.

Re: Kenneth Lynn back?
Well I didn't like this quote "I'm going to call the Kansas coaches tonight and tell them I'm going to ISU." C'mon man, tell the coaches before a scout site.
Hilton Coliseum was specifically built to hold in sound with a solid concrete structure, steel doors, and a crowd that sits just a few feet from the court. With a fan base that frequently ranks among the nations largest crowds, players from opposing teams, as well as Iowa State, have said that the floor has shaken due to the loudness of the crowd -

For this fellow, he can go higher. It probably is 36 inches.

Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style. -

And they are getting better recruits than us after having that rule in place.
Lawyered! -

He must not have been aware of it at the time he had originally committed. The High Priest (Turner Gill) must have let him know after he committed and now he is leaving. Either that or he watched a highlight tape of KU football from this past season..... it was the best 15 second highlight tape ever made from what I have heard. -

Lawyered! KU has to have the lowest entry requirements in the world. Pierson was basically a non-qualifier at Mizzou. He decommitted, but they didn't want him back, and he somehow ends up at KU. Darrian Miller had serious looks from Iowa, who needed 2 RBs, and they pulled his offer, and no other school other than his initial choice jumped in. There is something going on with these two great recruits. Other than those, their class looks like ours.

On the other hand, one little tidbit that I have been holding onto since I ran across it last Fall, is that he's one of the best sprinters in his District. I'll see if I can find the site again, but he ran something like a 21.6 200m to finish second at his district meet--which is certainly respectable. .
So yeah, I had been thinking he was one of the big sleepers of our class.
Now we just have to get the LOI signed.

Re: Kenneth Lynn back?
I always like the 200 numbers better than the 100 numbers for getting an idea on stamina and speed. The 100's show a quick step, which is great. But the 200s show an ability to maintain speed.

I have seen many a 100 meter running gassed halfway through football games.
But, if you want to just look at your 40 times and measure the recruits that way, go for it.

If you are choosing one over the other, 100m numbers are more relevant to football.
Further, "running gassed half-way through football games" has nothing to do with 200m vs 100m.
