    Missing A-Rob

Excited about the new recruits coming in and especially to see how the running back position works itself out with all of the talent.

Can't help but think about how great A-Rob was for the program. I can't recall a better all-around back than he has been for ISU. Running, blocking, catching the ball out of the backfield (as good of hands as any of our receivers), and I'm sure mentoring the young players. Good luck in your future Alexander.

I agree with everything said here. I wish he could have gotten 1000yds rushing this year. I believe he had well over that in all purpose, but you know. He threw a nie ball on the half-back pass too. A great athlete and a great young man. Proud he is a Cyclone!
"I'm proud to lead this program and this team in whatever we do. Whether it's a community service project, or through practice or winning a bowl game, but you don't do that without the kids believing and being all in, and going out there and accomplishing all [of] the goals and expectations that we set." - Coach Paul Rhoads

    Re: Missing A-Rob

I agree that ARob was one of our best players last year and one of the best RBs in recent memory at ISU.

That said, replacing him is one of the things I am least worried about with this team. I know it won't be easy to replace ALL of the things he brought to the table, but we seem to be pretty set at the RB position.
