Sorry, I had to join the crowd. Thanks for turning on the porch light and drawing all the moths.

I have never seen Darboh play. For thoes that have, just how good is he? How is his speed? Is he currently running Track? If so events and times please.

Re: is there any possible way we get darboh?
He seems to visit/want to visit Nebraska more than Iowa. He has friends going to ISU. It's all speculation, I'm sure Iowa fans can twist things in their way just like I did. -

2. He is said to have 4.4 speed
3. No idea.

A degree from ND isn't chopped liver. That place isn't crappy.

Very good speed. He's a receiver who I think could play any of the receiver spots on any team. If I were going to compare to someone on this time I think I would compare him to Money. Good speed but he's also big enough to play outside. In comparison to Adrian Arrington, he doesn't have the size but he has more speed. He's good player. I would much rather get him this year than have gotten French last year but that's just my opinion.
Also, I have to think that the top 5 or so prospects from Iowa talk to each other somewhat regularly so hopefully Hill is in his ear and Rogers ear. If we were to somehow get all three of those guys I would probably pass out.

Re: is there any possible way we get darboh?
He went to ND's spring game over Iowa's (same day). That alone should tell you how much he likes ND. He'll be a domer or Hawk. It would be a small miracle for ISU to beat Iowa for the #1 kid in the state.

Reviewing the Rivals state rankings since 2003 (the farthest they go back), here's a quick summary of the college choice of the top ranked Iowa player by year:
2003-ISU
2004-Michigan
2005-Iowa (Alex Kanellis, Iowa City)
2006-ISU (Arnaud, Ames)
2007-Iowa
2008-Missouri
2009-Michigan St
2010-Iowa (Derby, Iowa City)
2011-Oregon
Okay, so in 9 years Iowa has landed 3 of the top recruits and ISU 2. And of the three Iowa has gotten two have been from IC. In other words, of the seven that were not from IC the hoks have landed exactly one.
Yeah, it'd be a miracle if Darboh ended up at ISU!
