Since 1960, which "BCS" (as of 2010-no Utah) non-conferecene (not Iowa) opponent did ISU beat by the widest margin?

Non-conference....at the time that the game occurred.

Minnesota? Just a guess but since they are located close, seems like we've had our run ins with them back in history.
