I think I'm actually going to go out on a limb and say Shontrelle Johnson. He's the only guy on our offense I feel can take a 2 yard pass and turn it into a touchdown. With our depth at RB I bet we see him split out in the slot alot, like we did last season. He's our best playmaker in open space and it seems like this offenses design (although we have hardly seent his) is to get guys with speed and agility in space.
Money or Lenz.
Jarvis is gonna turn some heads this year!
I'd pay good money under the table for a standout WR. That said, I kind of think Lenz has a great shot to lead the group. IMO, he was more consistent than anyone when the ball came his way. I also think he's a nice threat when we get close to the goalline.
Based off of last season, I'd go with Lenz, but based off the Spring Game, I'd go with Reynolds or Horne.
It will be one of those three.
I went with Lenz, but if Jantz wins I could see it being Horne. Either way I hope we score points.
Money
I think it will be Money regardless of QB, but I could see Horne edging him out in yards.
AA threw for 42 TDs during his entire career. Thats a good season for a lot of schools. I dont care who it is as long as we are scoring many more passing TDs
Ironically enough, my money is on Josh Lenz. We've seen some good plays from him, but he's been under the radar because of his ankle injury and simply because he was second string last year. The other thing was that Rhoads told Brian Smith of Fox Sports SW that "right now" (the article was from mid-April I believe) the Darius's and Lenz are our ones at WR, not Horne.
Edit: I read the article wrong. My first point still stands, though.
Does it matter? I just want some productive receivers. Scoring touchdowns is all I want.
Im thinking its going to be Horne. It will probably be pretty even between Horne, Money, and Lenz.
