Iowa State Football Survey: Who will be favored? | Cyclone Fanatic
Whoops, I accidentally looked at the poll I saw on the front page and thought it was the poll you were talking about, so I picked Kansas as the only game we'd be favored in. Sure enough, I just realized that poll was asking who will win the conference. Can my vote be rescinded?
Well things will change when ISU goes 3-0 in non conference play. They won't be favored against Texas, even though that game will be a game I circle as a W. I think we are favored then against Baylor, KU, KSU. This team was two throws away from being 7-5 last season, I am going to say they will be 7-5 this season.

I chose ISU to be favored in only one game (KU). If some of the other "toss-up" games were in Ames I would have probably chosen ISU in more games like KSU, Baylor, TTU (Maybe), but it seems that the "toss-up" games are on the road and typically if the bookies see an even matchup the benefit of the doubt goes to the home team.
I see the KSU game as possibly being favored in too. What about Colorado, that was always a W at home. :sad:Quote:
