Were you signed in before and it wouldn't allow you to vote, or were you not allowed and then signed in to post?

Way too early to have an educated guess, but you're right. Work is boring.

UNI - W - tougher game than expected, but they get it done
Iowa - W - Iowa might stumble a little coming out of the gate with the new QB and loss of defensive leadership
@ UConn - W - New coach, new system. Not much of a homefield advantage because football is a stepchild there. Basketball is king.
Texas - W - Based more on optimism than anything factual. Too much talent there for Texas to not have some kind of bounceback season.
@ BU - L - Comes down to QB play. Baylor's is much better than whoever will be back there for us.
@ Mizzou - L - Tough road game.
A&M - L - I went back and forth on this one. It would scare me a lot more if we were on the road, but at home it's a coin flip game.
@ Tech - W - Good coach, wrong players for his system. Tech's post Leach hangover runs one more season.
KU - W - KU is better on paper, but will they play for Gill?
OSU - L - I don't know if there is a DB on the roster who has a prayer of staying with Justin Blackmon.
@ OU - L - OU is loaded next season. Hope for a respectable showing against the eventual Big 12 champs.
@ KSU - W - This one's a toss-up, too. Let's just say that we owe them one after choking on it last year.

7-5 overall, 3-5 in the conference.

I voted 5. Looking at the schedule, I could see us ending up at only 3, or as many as 6. If we get more than that, and we should sign Paul to a lifetime contract.

Normally as time gets closer to August, I start to gain optimism. By the end of August, I'll probably be leaning toward 7-8.
