Now lets see....K-State Mizzou and Tx Tech and Baylor on the road, so scratch those
games off there all losses....
I agree with you that ISU needs to win all of the games you mentioned to go bowling but I dont see winning on the road this year...
A win over Texas is possible but then again thats a home game so it is possible.
CPR needs to get rolling or else the fanbase will Walden-ize him and stay home on saturdays.
Oh baby does reality bite!!!!!
Iowa State will only be favored in 2 games this year...quoting John Walters voice of the cyclones
Did I miss something? I believe we will be a better team than last year. I believe in the last 2 years, we have won in Lincoln and Austin. Prior to that, if we were betting on if we could win on the road, which places would be hardest to win at? KSU, MU, TT, BU, NU, or TU? I really think it is more likely for us to win at KSU, MU, TT, or Bu than to have won at NU 2 years ago or TU last year.
Friends don't let friends wear black & gold. Build a man a fire, you keep him warm for a day. Set a man on fire, you keep him warm for the rest of his life. Set a hawkeye fan on fire, you make Iowa a better place to live.
What do you want Bill to say? That there is a decent chance KU would be in Conference USA?
Your last sentence is 100% not true. We were not going to the Big East if the Big 12 imploded. I don't care what some bloggers thought or what the rumors were
You're telling me the Big East would have just sat there and wasted an opportunity to grow their conference w/established BCS programs? No way in hell. That would have been a great thing for all remaining parties at that point in time.
Unless you're in close contact with the Big East commish, I'm not buying it AT ALL. Also, there is NO WAY we would have turned down the Big East to play a closer schedule in C-USA. Jamie Pollard could deny it after the fact, but we're speculating on a hypothetical situation that never developed.
