    8. Turner Gill - Kansas: This rating is based on faith that Gill knows what he is doing and can build a program. Gill got the University of Buffalo to their first ever bowl game and comes from the Tom Osborne coaching tree. Gill will either make Kansas a top tier team in the conference for years to come or leapfrog to a great job within the next five years. He might even do both
