Yes, I know it was a concept...just playing a bit on the title.

Most concept pictures are different from what really gets built. If you want proof of that, go look at the concept for Kinnick or Oklahomas stadium.

I'm glad it didn't end up like that. Each section in the upper deck was an independent structure. If you think noise escapes easy now, that would of been worse. Plus cross winds would be terrible in there too.

Yeah, that would be the only negative thing. Other than that, I like that design much better.

Where can you find pics of those.. Did a google search of Concept for kinnick stadium and didnt' get much. It would be interesting to see.

IMO that looks absolutely goofy. The upper deck is all separate sections, the lower bowl looks like some makeshift high school stadium dug into a hill, there is a single story pressbox by the looks of it. It looks straight up corny.
