It means nothing. I searched and searched for this story, and it's just one tweet from Brando right now. Not a single other news source has picked up on it, last I checked.

1. If you check out his twitter account, he has said twice in response to people that those 4 teams are just his opinion and he is reporting nothing.
2. It was posted earlier too that he was wrong about the Aggies firing Mike Sherman in 2009.
