Not surprising. They will both play alot either way.

Darn, I was kinda hoping George would win that starting spot. Not that I care much at all who wins it, I just like George's speed. But obviously, speed isn't everything. Congrats to Matt T.

Hopefully they are both capable of performing at a solid big 12 level. JG will already be a Jr next year before he starts?

Thats a solid 1,2 punch at MLB. I like what we have there.

It's nice that there's even a competition, it's nice to see an upperclassman have to fight for a spot.
The only bigger turnoff than finding out a woman smokes, is finding out she's a Husker fan. -

Re: Tau'fo'ou moves up the depth chart
I look for next years LB corps to be one of the best in history, at least from a starting 3 standpoint, JG, knot and Klein!!!!! Comparable to Dobbins, Robertson, and B Brown.

Re: Tau'fo'ou moves up the depth chart
it makes for better competition and each other pushing each other harder all season long. But without JG playing last year...we don't have a chance against NU, if I recall right, he was the one who forced that fumble. You sometimes have those guys who don't redshirt because they are just good enough to get some pt on special teams.
