Stick to real Franzia though. The Aldi brand is a weaker bag. I have learned this the hard way. Stay Classy San Diego..

And if you use the knock off, there's a good chance the bag will break and everyone ends up covered in cheap wine.
In 1984, I was hospitalized for approaching perfection. -

I'm going for the high score.

Stick to real Franzia though. The Aldi brand is a weaker bag. I have learned this the hard way. I totally forgot the "slap" in slap the bag. I fail big-time. On a related note, make sure when you hit the bag you keep it open-handed... you don't want to get sent to jail over it!
We also used to play this with wine bottles (boone's) but called it Cannonball. Also good for accomplishing your mission of getting hammered-faced.

Re: Football Tailgating Games/Trends
By our tailgating bus will be our field goal post that my buddy made. It's a blast! Always brings a lot of people around and all the cops want in to try and break the record for longest field goal made. It helps cuz everybody chugs there beer can so they can attempt the field goal. The Missouri game last year was tough cuz it was freezing and we had a right to left wind. Only a handful of kicks were made that day. (Just like ISU's kicking game)

Don't try Louisville Chugger in the student lot though, fastest way to get a public intox possible

Re: Football Tailgating Games/Trends
Hmmm....
We played a version of Louisville Chugger back when I was at ISU. Once, at an off campus party, we played the version where instead of having to hit an empty can, one had to "run the bases" after spinning. Obviously this would be impractical in a parking lot.
Hint for my female compatriots: That version will not end well if you are wearing a very short dress...LOL! However, the guys seemed to like it.
