If he does that next week or in any other week save maybe one or two, we are going to get slaughtered. Good performance all things considered, but it's not good enough. I think it is also fair to say that Tiller didn't put himself in a position to have to throw a bunch late in games to rack up any sort of statistical merit.
Yeah, the idiot fringe would have been upset. No doubt.

But if Tiller had turned in last night's performance, I personally would have saw it as a major sign of improvement. Especially the intangibles.

I agree. That and offensive line at times. Since I follow Michigan I was reading something last year and they were talking about dropped balls from last year. The writer of the blog thought they dropped far too many. I don't remember exact numbers but I think they dropped about half of what we dropped. That's not good. Hopefully Darks can help us out there a little. Either that or I have a feeling Bundrage and Daniels will start seeing a lot of time. Money can't do what he did. That's unacceptable as a guy that is supposed to be our best option. I hope to, once games are on TV, be able to grade these things out and get a better handle on this situation, but it hasn't been good for 3 years now.

    Or so I have read.

With two of our best OL out and receivers dropping passes. Not to mention the stupidity of our penalties. I come to 1 conclusion.

    JANTZ! JANTZ! JANTZ!
