Chicago Gamewatch
Anyone know if the Iowa Iowa vs. State game is going to be available in Chicago? Our FSN here is Comcast Sports, which is playing the Cubs game instead. Local Fox channel is showing infomercials. Anyone know of Bars that will have it. I'm in the Schaumburg area. Would a Dish be able to pick up the FSN feed from another town? I've checked every channel and do not see the game on anywhere.

I am oredering it tomorrow, unless I can find Comcast plus which is supposed to be airing it. The Bar Fizz on Lincoln/Belmont also carries the games. Good brats too.

I just looked and it is not up yet. Don't worry too much, it takes them time to update the listings. Also, they will use 100 and 285 to show the alternate program. I will be calling, and will let you know what I find out.

Fox and Hound in Schaumburg is the gamewatch location for you.

I have cable and already have the fox Sports package, but instead of FSN we get Comcast, which is the local FSN here, so I dont' think I have the option to order it.
I don't see any Comcast + either. Been trying to find a channel for that.

Re: Chicago Gamewatch
Is Corcoran's in Old Town going to be a game watch bar again this year? Haven't heard anything other then Fizz....I really enjoyed watching the games last year at Corcorans in their beer garden.

yes, corcoran's will also have the gamewatches this year in the back bar (along with fizz as mentioned). i'm not sure why fizz is advertized more on gamewatch emails but corcoran's was packed full for most games last year.

I don't see any Comcast + either. Been trying to find a channel for that. Comcast uses 100 and 285, their info channel, to air if there is a conflict like a Cubs Game. May not pop up until game day however. I have comcast so FSN is an upgrade. You may already have the game.

I'm going to be in the downtown area. Any suggestions?

Re: Chicago Gamewatch
The last couple of years I went to Fox and Hound in Aurora for gamewatches, but having since moved to Evanston I might have to give Fizz or Corcoran's a try.
Anybody know which one is closer to Evanston? I'm on my phone and too lazy to do a mapquest.

Re: Chicago Gamewatch
I just found the game on Comcast Chicago channel CSN 420, and also on CSNBA or something like that. Looks to not be HD, but hey I will have the game so there goes.
Fizz is closest to Evanston.

Re: Chicago Gamewatch
As previous posters stated, both Fizz and Corcoran's will have the games on.
The bar for the Iowa game is always packed with Clones. It will be tons of fun if the Clones can pull it off this year!!

Re: Chicago Gamewatch
I have to work Saturday, but I'll probably be at Fizz for at least a few this year. I made it to 3 or 4 there last year.
