Ricky Howard and Earl Brooks? (and Jennert)

So I have a couple of questions about these guys. Both are seniors and both out for the year. I think both have to appeal to the NCAA for a Medical Hardship waiver to compete next year. How soon can they do that? I was also wondering if either would be able to be back in time for a Bowl game? Would possibly playing in a bowl game ruin their chance at a waiver from the NCAA? Last but not least, how does their injury and uncertain status affect our recruiting. Do we pretend like we will won't have them and go after two more scholarship guys or do we hope they get their waiver and they compete next year leaving us with 2 less scholarships? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

On a side note, with the recent developments on Jennert, what do you think that does to our WR recruiting? Does Steele's play so far simply mean Tiller automatically becomes the new WR (in Jennert's place) if his off the field issues means a dissmissal?

Don't know the answers here... but I hope Brooks would get a waiver.

I had a class with him a few years back. Dude is a grown man and looks like he can do some damage in the secondary.

I have to think that Jennert is done as a Cyclone. Far too many screw ups here, but I'm not sure that immediately means JT becomes a wideout as of next season. It may lead us to that conclusion eventually.

I think you bring up a good point about recruiting with medical redshirting. I would think (totally speculating) that you have to recruit like they won't get the medical redshirt.

WR we have a pretty solid 4, 2 SRs and 2 JRs.
Hopefully Jantz's emergence would help bring in a big time Juco receiver that sees an opportunity. I think we have a chance to recruit WRs out Florida right now for the future because Richardson is a guy they know and would want to play with. If realignment doesn't kill us first.
