Honor Before Victory tattoo?
Serious question to diehard Clone fans: would any of you get an "Honor Before Victory" tattoo? -

If I was one who liked tattoos and had them (which I don't), maybe. I like the saying, like it's meaning.

Re: Honor Before Victory tattoo?
No, but I don't really feel the need to put anything on myself. Probably due to being pail and freckled.
Working in Omaha/CB I see way too many douchy 'skers with N's tattoo'd on themselves. Looks hella lame.

I would never get any tattoo... I suppose that this makes me a rebel, a different sort that plays to his own tune. An individual who doesn't follow the herd. ;)

I always look at it as "Would I think of a Husker fan as a ****** if he had a similar Husker tattoo?" (Because I live in Omaha) The answer is always "Yes."

1. Check first to see if your muffler is functioning adequately, and if your money would be better served by repairing a rusted out emissions system.
2. Donate to the Gridiron Club, the Cyclone Club or a charity of your choice.
3. Enjoy honor.

Got my first and only tat 34 years ago. Don't even notice it anymore. So I guess the answer is no.

Re: Honor Before Victory tattoo?
If you want a tattoo, get it. It's your body and your money. Personally, I wouldn't get the "honor before victory" sign but that's just me. I think I would like it better in some kind of s-c-r-i-p-t, but I don't have a personal connection to it so I wouldn't get it for that reason.
I have 5 tattoos, am 30 years old and am a respected professional in my office. All of my tattoos are under clothing 98% of the time (though they aren't small), so only a few people even know I have them.

No, because I don't necessarily beleive in the saying...

Re: Honor Before Victory tattoo?
The saying maybe. This sign or something that says ISU with it? Heck No

Re: Honor Before Victory tattoo?
I got my first and only tattoo when I was 18 and 20-some years later I don't regret getting one, just the one I got. The thing about this idea is that it doesn't have to have anything to do with ISU. Not sure if it's what I'd get but I think if it's done right, I would like it.
