Re: Moneys draft stock
He would need to dominate. He is playing better. But not to that level.......yet......hopefully he will.

Rofl. That means absolutely nothing. There are "originals" in the NFL even if that's true. They don't look at you and say "Yeah, you don't remind us of anyone. I mean you run a 4.4 40, have a 38 inch vertical, can catch the ball well, are strong and everything but you just don't remind us of anyone...you aren't going to the NFL. sorry."
The guy has potential. At this point, he's probably not a draft pick unless he continues playing like this and showing scouts he can play. He does have potential IMO though.

He and Jantz have connected on ~4 "back shoulder" throws in the last 2 games that are NFL-style catches.

Sorry, but NFL does do this. They draft players way too high because they remind them of similar NFL players. The NFL is not going to take a chance on a tweener NFL player that does look like or have similar skill sets of any wide receiver in the league, especially from a team such as ISU. Money does not run a 4.4, not have a 38 vertical, and until the last two weeks really struggled to catch the ball. Don't build the kid up to be something hes not. He has had two GREAT weeks of ball. Lets leave it at that for the time being.
I'm a huge Money fan... hope he makes it. Prove me wrong.

They draft players on ability, play making ability, and potential. If you are good enough with enough ability and you show you have what it takes, they will take you. Trust me.
And I wasn't attributing those numbers to Money. I was making an example of something an NFL scout would never say. The point is if you have what it takes, they don't give a flying ******* **** if you are original or a clone of everyone else.
And as far as people saying "Doesn't remind me of an NFL receiver" well, as much as this might be bad, I completely disagree. Nothing ORIGINAL stands out to me about Money that I've never seen in college or the NFL before.
To me the guy is a pretty good receiver with a good amount of potential.

Re: Moneys draft stock
Look at some of the people that get drafted from division 2 or 3 they have potential to be something and I believe money is a lot better skills wise and in athleticism
