Having played some 3rd base in pickup baseball games, I was impressed with Longoria's play. What I wasn't impressed with was a mediocre tennis play being in the top ten over an acrobatic football catch.
That's the one I was thinking of. Pretty impressive play, not gonna lie.
Glad to see Money made the top ten, I'm sure if it was a team like Michigan or ND all three of the plays people have been mentioning would have made it. This is just the way it is when your ISU
Can't even get a little extra consideration when ESPN airs the game. The Lenz catch should have been worth of a top ten if it had been made by an NFL WR, let alone by an unknown player on an anonymous college team. Naturally, the circumstances that would have made it all the more special for other teams are held against us.
Side note. Anyone else think the top ten is full of remarkably unspectacular plays during baseball season? How many times can the shortstop jumping for a catch be special?
I had to leave at half, and only listened to the rest of the game. Are these Tubed anywhere? Heading over to cyclones.com to see if they are posted....

Watching both plays a day later, the Reynolds move was definitely cool. The Lenz catch was 10 time more impressive.
Both should have made ESPN top 10 considering it was a Friday night (so not a lot of CFB competition) ... I've seen many Top 10's with multiple plays from one event.
I was super confused yesterday when I saw Lenz's catch on a sportscenter opening. They must have noticed how sweet it was after Friday's top 10 was over. I didn't see it again on sportscenter though.
