    ESPN2

Good to see Phil Rhoads, Jack Knott, and the Iowa State Hawkeyes pull out the win tonight against the defending Big Ten Champions.

Seriously, what a joke. People don't think we're a BCS quality program because people at ESPN don't think we're a BCS program or worth even half of a decent amount of attention. Then they'll talk about Baylor's first win against a ranked opponent since Week 1 of 2011 in the event we lose to them at Waco in a few weeks.

Truth is, everyone over the age of 25 knows ESPN is pretty much crap. Not a big deal. They've got a Friday night NFL show now but it's 100% unwatchable because of C. Berman.

I wish I would have stayed up to watch this game. Sounds like the commentary was pure gold.

    Steeler....

Also, the drums just drove me nuts. Putting the sound equipment that close to the band, ugh. and did anyone else notice they didn't show a picture of the ISU bench for almost the whole 1st quarter. It was like there was only one team there or something.

I can't stand listening to the bozos that are calling the games on TV lately.

With DVR and the TuneIn Radio App on my iPad I now only listen to the Cyclone Radio Network and it's pretty easy to sync them together.

Totally different experience watching it with PBP call by people who know the team in and out.

For all of you with Tivo, just pause it for 3 seconds, then it is in sync with JW.

While it was pretty aweful, I won't complain too much since, as an ISU alum living out east, it was really nice to be able to watch the game live, in HD, without having to jump through hoops or pay for any special packages. A small price to pay for me.

Agreed. I was just happy the audio feed didn't go out for ten minutes!

Agreed. With as much as I talk about the Cyclones, it was nice to just take my friends to the bar and actually show them come ISU football

They really broke out the D-team for this game. They were really, really bad.

    Re: ESPN2

I almost started a drinking game every time they said we beat Iowa in 3 overtimes but I would have been passed out by the end of the 1st quarter. It sounded like they didn't do any homework in regards to the players on the field. Also they kept showing the Old Fart UConn coach with his old man glasses. Why not show the most passionate coach in college football rather then a senior citizen. End of rant.

    Re: ESPN2

My frustration was with the producing. They would show a replay and come back to the game with the next play completed. Camera men couldn't follow the ball.

    Just terrible
