    How to cook Bevo

So, I am already starting to think about tailgating for the Texas game and I am looking for a new way to cook some beef for tailgating.

Kinda tired of the old burgers thing.

I've never done steaks or steak sandwiches.

Anyone got any good ideas or suggestions?

Briskets are cheap at Sams, and if you've got the time quite delicious.

the whole briskets (or the smaller brisket flats) are usually a popular as well as the chuck roasts are also popular as well. you could also look into chuck steaks (might be more per # though) even though they are just thinner chuck roasts as some good options as well

I'm sure Matthew McConaughey could give you pointers on all 29 cuts of lean Bevo.

F that guy. I'm grilling Iowa (State) chops that day.

Too bad it's the pork cook off contest that day. Should have been beef.

Make sure you bring your ISU meat brander. Brand those steaks with an ISU logo!!
