Big 12 will survive and prosper...

Without President Geof the Big 12 had no chance. He's the one people trust and as RBCy said, is good friends with OU's Boren. Relationships are build on trust. He is a guy everyone trusts, and keeps things said in confidence quiet. JP is the same kind of guy.

Add BYU, AF and SDSU. Get's us to 12, regains tv sets in the Rocky Mtn region, all the Mormons and a new market in sunny southern California.

After this whole debacle, the man deserves a little break I think. I really hope that he makes it crystal clear to whomever the next President is, that athletics need to stay a priority. Thanks GG!!!

For ISU's sake 12 games would be great. Divisional play. Conference championship. FOUR WINNABLE NON CONFERENCE GAMES Better basketball.

Survive and prosper are two different things. The post office is surviving.

I hope we go the Louisville, Cincy, TCU route and avoid having to see BYU come to Ames.
