    Beef Bowl ISU vs Texas

    I have talked to the Iowa Cattlemen Group. to created the One and Only Beef Bowl!!
    We at Iowa State should never have to take a back seat to anyone when it comes to High Quality Beef Products. We should Show Case Our Fine Beef to the Nation on Oct. 1st. This should be the Biggest Steak Fry in the World!!! Let's show these Texans what a Real Steak looks and taste like. Let them bring up some of their weak ***grass feed product...It will never compare to Iowa State Corn Feed Beef!!!

    Can you really tell the difference? I had a pretty good steak in Texas one time. I can't imagine too many steaks head back to the kitchen because customers complaining of grass fed taste.

    The difference is that grass fed beef are leaner. Corn fed beef has more fat (marbling) and tastes absolutely amazing.
