Even though we got 'em last year, Texas might be looking past ISU. They have Oklahoma the following game. Just like the Cyclones.... UT has a bye week this week too. Hope they're using the extra time in preparation for the Sooners. Ask anyone from Texas and they'll tell you that ISU doesn't have a chance anyways ;)
Oh great, now the Texas coaches are going to see this thread and realize that this is a trap game and put an extra emphasis on not letting their guard down against the Cyclones.
Thanks a lot, OP, you just gave away our upper hand.
The Cyclones have over 20 players from Texas on the roster. Most, if not all, weren't even given a second thought from the Longhorns. CPR won't have any problem getting those guys ready. And yes, I think that the Oklahoma game (following ISU) may be a plus for us.... can't hurt anyways. I'll take any little psychological advantage we can get. Go Cyclones.... it going to be a great year!
I don't think they've forgotten last year. A program like Texas doesn't lose on their home turf to a complete underdog like that and just forget it a year later. They'll be here to play.

Last year they lost to so many teams that it takes a little away from the "revenge" feeling I'm sure.

No kidding, their calender is probably a mess with all those dates circled. Texas is like, And after we kick Isu's butt we'll take down KSU, then we'll go down to College Station and make those weirdos cry, then Baylor oh we are so going to make Baylor pay. It'll get pretty redundant.
