Re: Top 25
We got 6 more votes in the coaches poll and 3 more in the AP poll.
Also, who are the idiots in the coaches poll voting for Texas Tech and Houston?

Id question other things more, like Illinois moving into the top 25 despite barely beating Western Michigan.

The record may not show it, but Mizzou is better than what they are being recognized for.

Really outside of kansas and tech, the whole conference is top 35 caliber.

And according to some coaches even Texas Tech is top 35 caliber.

Pretty good showing for a "dying" conference! -

Take a closer look at that 4-0. That includes two very close games against UCLA and LATech. It has a blowout against a bad FCS team and 20 point win over North Texas. The combined record for their 4 opponents is 5-11.
ISU combined record of their 3 opponents is 7-4 and that includes the #2 FCS team and two BCS teams. Meanwhile ISU is behind Houston in votes?
If you take the games against ISU and Houston out of those records, ISU opponents are 7-1 and Houston's are 5-7.
Oh well, we will leap frog them this weekend and our opponent record will be 10-5 and Houson will be still looking in. Just frustrating.

They looked ugly up until last night, especially on their national televised game against Arizona state, you couple that with their lackluster performance against Miami ohio and Arizona state losing at Illinois and Mizzou hasn't done anything to grab too much notice.
The only bigger turnoff than finding out a woman smokes, is finding out she's a Husker fan. -

Oh well, we will leap frog them this weekend. Yeah, i wish Houston had a tougher schedule so we could see how they'd stack up against legitimate competition this year. They did more than fine 2 years ago when they did with the same QB (he was out most of last year after an injury in the UCLA game), itd be fun to watch if they could do that again.
Hell, its not like Boise State has a very strong schedule, but they'll stay in the top 10 as long as they keep beating MWC nobodies. Just have to get through TCU.
But yeah, we keep winning and we'll jump them. Its a lot easier to move up when you're playing, and even moreso when you win 56-0, no matter how bad that opponent is.
