I took that last part to have an unstated "even though they're not as successful as Texas." Prolly not the way he meant it, but after comparing us to Nebraska, I'm not cutting him any slack.

Now that I read that, I'll take it...I read it as "they're really passionate about their team, but they're not West Virginny 'throw a rock thru your window' arseholes." If that's Nebraska to him, I'll take it.

At least we're not bandwagon fans. We probably have more commitment as a fan base, to stick through tougher times than a lot of teams out there.

There's a difference between liking and just attending. Just look at Oklahoma State - stadium is half empty almost always.
