Come on how is there not an individual thread about this???? I pray that this guy is okay. That looked very bad.. This game was awful in so many dimensions. Awful play, awful officiating, awful penalties, awful injuries. I hope LJ is okay. He was not moving from the minute the play ended. I hope he was just out cold and not seriously injured...

CPR had no update on the locker room show. He will have scans done as with multiple players on the team.

I think people are obviously very concerned with his condition, and I've seen it referenced all over the other threads.

It looked like it could have been a broken collarbone or something like that. Here's hoping a great Cyclone is okay.

I don't know....he took two good blows to the head, so I would assume that it is related to that.

Concussions are the biggest *****. I will gladly play through a broken hand/not major bone, but when it comes to concussions you just can't play through it. It has nothing to do with how tough you are, or how much it hurts, you simply can't play

OT Kelechi Osemele reinjured his right ankle. Rhoads said it was more of an ankle injury than a knee injury.

Overall, some good news there (as good as can be hoped for, I guess). KO's injury looked like it had the potential to be bad.

In high school alone, I had over 12 concussions (before they were a hot topic) and played through them. Some of them happened because I tried playing through another. I still have effects from it 10 years later.

As for LJ, he waved his arm pretty high and hard, which would make me think it wasn't a collar bone. From the looks of it, my gut tells me he'll be alright. You just want to take every precaution possible when it comes to the spinal cord. A misdiagnosis could be somebody's life. It's not worth risking for a game.
