    Jarvis West

Why is this guy not returning kicks? I thought that was the reason we recruited this guy?

Because Lenz has been great returning kicks this year. Well until yesterday that is.

I agree. I just hate having your #1 RB returning kicks.

I was very impressed with Jarvis West last night. He sure made some guys miss, and boy is he quick. Late in the game last night he took a WR screen, which would have been tackled for no gain with anyone else, and made a tremendous spin move and made a 5 yd gain out of a play that should have made nothing.

I was pleased to see West and Young get some reps and make some plays.

I had a feeling we were waiting for the Big 12 to use West. He is our little secret. I think we will continue to give him lots of looks. He is too damn quick not to give a few screens.

The shame with that fumble was that he was fighting hard for more yards and they were working the ball hard. Extra effort had negative result.

That spin move was dirty. It was a little treat for those that stayed

    Re: Jarvis West

did you guys see when Jantz threw it to him In the Endzone. Jarvis Looked tiny compared to the DB that was covering him. shouldnt be throwing jump balls up to a receiver of that size. IMO

That wasn't a jump ball. It was actually a decent pass that was extremely well defended.

Money or Darks would have caught that ball. I just think he is to small to be playing in the redzone.

Really? How do you know that Money or Darks would have caught that ball? That was speed matchup and the defender played it well. Jarvis can play in any field position.
