And I only say that because I've seen US do it.

I'm not sure it works that way when both teams have histories as perennial losers. Originally Posted by ruxCYtable Ranked or not, it's still Baylor. You punch them in the mouth a couple times and they'll be like,"Oh yeah, now we remember, we're losers."

Re: Dont give up on our guys!!!
If we beat both Baylor and Missouri, both road games, we will be 5-1 (possibly ranked?) heading into the Texas A&M game. I would expect 54,000+ for that game if that happens. If we are 4-2, I expect 52,000+. If we are 3-3, well, I would be happy to see 48,000 come to the game.

Re: Dont give up on our guys!!!
If we win the next 2 we will have as big of a crowd as the UT game. If we win one, it will still be good but losing both would be very bad.

Re: Dont give up on our guys!!!
I'm just getting sick and tired of our guys p***ing down their legs and beating themselves.
As someone said... if we win the next two, attendance will be fine. If we lose the next two... we better expect a morgue for A&M IMO.
Everyone has a right to be really ticked off after the Texas game IMO. Texas did not physically dominate us whatsoever. If we don't kill ourselves over and over again, it's a VERY close game which we might even win.
Some were calling the Texas game the biggest in Cyclone history. And we did nothing but come out and lay an egg. Game was over after the 1st quarter.
We've done the same thing in all 4 games this season, but got away with it in the first 3. We probably didn't deserve to win the Iowa game when we turned it over twice inside their 10 yd line, missed two chip shot FG's, and had almost twice as many penalties as Iowa did. When you do that, you usually get whooped.
If we don't straighten out this mess of killing ourselves, I don't see the fans supporting us much. It's one thing to see us play the best we can and still lose, but it's really hard to stomach it when we continually play undisciplined football, and play stupid football. Frustrating.

Michigan fans for instance-Yeah, they still fill the place but it is made up of a lot of people who could finally find a cheap ticket and get to see the stadium for less than 100 bones. It isn't just ISU.
There is a difference in students though. Ours will quit going while most other students will still go.
