Prediction: ISU @ Mizzou

This is a must win and I think CPR will have the team prepared. Mizzou is good but not as good as in years past. As many others have said: eliminate turnovers, minimize penalties and we can win. ISU 27 - Mizzou 23

were the refs just texas guys so it showed in the baylor and ut games and hopefully won't be against us this game or even better against mizzou like pinkel still believes in '06?

The Big 12 probably wants to keep Missouri, so I expect the refs to favor the Tigers all day long. And you can probably also expect that one of the calls against ISU (be it live or after replay review) will be hilariously cruel, citing some totally obscure rule, and will no doubt affect a major play in the game.

Im sick and tired of hearing about the refs. There are going to be missed calls and wrong calls in every game it is part of the game. The fact is that ISU keeps beating themselves with turnovers and penalties and after 5 games there is no sign that will change. Both teams need the win but Missouri is at home so I predict Missouri wins 24 to 20.

I don't get how there are folks in this thread picking us to score 28+ points, when we haven't sniffed that this whole season (not counting 3 TD's in OT against the hawks).

I hope to see this offense explode one of these weeks. This is as good of a time as any to have it happen. But I am not going to believe that we will until I see it.

I think we can win this game. But you have to remember that this is a game that a wounded mizzu team feels that they can win as well. They aren't looking at a promising schedule either.

It's a huge game for both programs. Let's hope that we can go down there, and establish the run early, and slow the game down a bit for Steele.

It may not be exactly that situation but I am getting myself into the frame of mind that someting unreal will happen to ISU that will make us lose the game.
