Kicker is a lot like goalie for hockey. Sometimes a good goalie has an awful streak of games, but you just have to stick with them and hope they pull through as soon as possible. I think Mahoney is a good kicker he's just going through a tough span. Stick him in there and have him keep kicking till he makes it imho. He'll get it eventually.

He's already had his tough span - misssing that PAT vs kstate a couple years back that would have tied the game up and then ended up missing like 4 more in a row.

I know it wont happen but id like to see us going for 2 everytime, you only need to get it 50% of the time to equal 100% PAT (If I did the math correctly)

Just give Jantz the ball and do what we do on all short yardage plays, QB power to the RB side, I havent seen anyone stop it yet.

I'm all for giving someone a chance but how many chances can you give someone when you has issues with PAT's and is at best a about a 60% FG kicker?

We don't really have any other choice. He's a senior he'll be gone soon. I don't know if I want him out there with the game on the line, but I have a feeling one of the two will start to pull through..

As we have seen, Guyer kicks the ball straight, even when he is kicking from the hash and we don't want him to. Put him in for extra points and never kick another field goal again.
