It blows my mind that there are some people in the State of Iowa that won't get the game on ABC.

That's what happens when western Iowa is serviced by an Omaha station

Same reason there are so many bandwagon Husker fans in my hometown.

to the guy that suggested we should recruit in the Wyomings and north like Montana will get a great chance to get some reputation....can't believe Montanians(?) will get to see it!!!

Can't wait to see the Montana recruits roll in any day now!!

There's a Cyclone Bar in Bozeman, if I recall correctly. A husband and wife are both ISU Grads. They are Montana St (and grudgingly Montana) fans as well but love the Clones. It has rubbed off on some of their clientele.

If this results in more Big Sky studs making it onto ISU rosters (whatever sport - whatever gender) I'm all for it.

Seems like a simpler coverage map wouldn't have required a map at all. Basically:
1: ISU-A&M: State of Iowa, or thereabouts
2: Everything else: Everywhere else.

SW Iowa is in the Omaha TV market and thus their primary is ABC out of Omaha and extreme North Central Iowa is in the Austin, MN/Rochester, MN/Mason City TV market. The ABC affiliate is located in Austin, MN, NBC affiliate is located in Rochester, MN, and CBS is out of Mason City, IA.

It should be noted that all of missouri will be watching cbs exclusively as missouri is an sec hotbed.

Speaking of the SEC, it's kind of cool to see this game spill over into SEC country. A little more exposure for us thanks to the Aggies heading off to more inbred pastures.

Arkansas has almost always carried the Big 12 game (which makes sense since they should be in the Big 12), but never shows the Big 10 game, instead we get stuck with the ACC or Pac 12 games if the Big 12 game is the PM national game, or they do a split 7pm game with Big 10 and Pac or ACC. Makes zero sense how they break it out sometimes.
