How many of you will be making the trip on Dec 3rd to Manhattan for the season finale Farmagedden Showdown?
(5-6) Iowa State VS (7-4) Kansas State
story line: Iowa state playing for bowl eligibility on the road on senior day against a kansas state team that has lost 4 straight.
Kansas state will be playing for pride, but iowa state will be looking for a bowl game AND revenge after 3 straight losses to the cats

Iowa State will not win at Texas Tech. I dont see it happening.

I would not be suprised if Kansas State beats Oklahoma this Saturday and they will beat Texas for sure. Also, they can beat A&M too. They are not going to be 7-4 when we play them. 9-2 or 8-3 sounds more like it.
I'll be in Manhattan for that game no matter the records! Haven't been there yet, so checking them off my big 12 list.

KSU has had our number, and they actually seem to have a really good team this year. A road trip to the little apple seems like a good way to spend the weekend getting kicked in the stones.
I'm going regardless of the records at the point.
I wanted to go to that game, but the way our season has been going lately AND the fact that we play Michigan in MBB the same day and same time made me change my mind.

Oklahoma really hasn't had to grind out a game yet and they didn't do well with having to come back. Let's face it, the delay and Tech's style of play really played to Tech's advantage. KSU isn't going to have that advantage. I think the KSU game could be a blow out by OU.
KSU really hasn't had a killer schedule. Baylor and Missouri at home. @ KU and Tech. The Tech game might be their most impressive win, and I fully expect Tech to lose more conference games then they win.
Still, even though I expect KSU to lose at least 3 games between now and then, that is going to be a tough tough game for the Cyclones. We honestly might have more luck in the OSU game.
I already had the game penciled in as a maybe- definitely going if we need it to get bowl eligible. Tech, KU and KST are the last winnable games. No way at OU and no way at home v OSU.
Hell even if we are lucky to beat TTU it'd be just like ISU to come home and lose to KU.Quote:
