Re: Punishment for #22 & #23
my offensive line coach back in high school said that he knew the strength and conditioning coach at iowa and whenever a player was arrested for drinking or whatever he'd have the players run sprints until they threw up. Then ferentz's son got caught and was forced to run until he threw up which is when coach ferentz said, "run him some more, his parents wont complain." it sounds like a good idea and something that players won't forget, but i'm not sure how effective it is in reality cus his son got caught again.

Mrs CyAggie suggests soap in mouth, at practice, in front of the team.

LJ has been doing it for four years, what makes you think he's gonna change now? He's just an idiot.
Do I need to remind you of this?

My punishment will be giving up about 50 points to each OU and OSU in blowouts on national TV. Doh!

I really love it when they get burnt or give up a first down and are still flapping their stupid mouths.

To OP: You could make a call to the coaches show tomorrow night and ask yourself.

I think yesterdays officiating crew was just pretty tight about language and post play banter, which is whatever. Kinda sad though considering there were some NFL scouts there yesterday...which in itself was confusing given the two teams playing.

Cyclones look at the art of trash talk - Iowa State Daily
The best, or at least most proficient, trash talker on the ISU roster now, it seems, it cornerback Leonard Johnson. Both Knott and Washington cited the senior as the best on the team.
"Leonard Johnson, there's no doubt," Knott said when asked who the best was. "He's a fun guy to listen to out there. He kind of gets everybody going and he doesn't back down from anybody."
It looks like trash talking is just a part of LJ. The guy is just emotional all around, and he's got a bit of an ego. Like the other guy said, we just have to accept the bad with the good. The good being he's one of the best corners in the Big 12. Not everyone's going to be some silent warrior like Knott.

Re: Punishment for #22 & #23
I don't but that we have to accept the bad with the good with these guys. The bad has come at such key points that it has lost us games and nearly lost us others. I don't believe that it's going to change at this point.
Instead of accepting the bad with the good, I look at it more as a case where we're stuck with their junk until they move on. I'm basically just riding their time out and hoping the next guys aren't self-destructive for our team.
