Wish we had yellow-gold helmets for our current jerseys (with lines down the center as well.). That would be the only thing I would change to our current scheme. Nobody else in the conference has the "yellow-gold" look. We would have been the only one, and non of that USC crap would have come up. (*Even though they stole our look from the 70s*)

Could be worse...we could look just like the steelers.

This should have been the regular look with the redesign, patterned from the Bruce-era uniforms. I agree with you about the helmet stripes, and that it would eliminate the USC comparisons. This look isn't extremely common, either, for teams w/ the "yellow-gold" — secondary-primary-secondary. LSU is notable example of it, but rarely wears the purple jerseys.

I like how it looks, but we won't ever see it because of the black. Black will never be a part of an ISU uniform.

Agree. Some of those looks aren't bad, but there should be no black, and no gray. Or any other color that isn't the school colors. (White notwithstanding, because it's necessary, at minimum, for road jerseys).

Letting navy blue sneak into the picture was a mistake, as most of us recall.

I keep returning to Oregon's endless combos — it's fun to see the different looks, but the further it strays from the green/yellow, it's diminishing returns.

Considering home uniforms only, with no white as a base color, UO could have 8 options. Seems like that's enough variety.

This is what I expect to see Friday. Tried to colormatch as well as possible to get to get the full effect.

This is my guess as well. Normal helmets, yellow jerseys we wore once last year and should still have, along with our normal home pants. It's different than anything we've ever worn and we aren't purchasing anything new.

I also thought that one was pretty cool. Another one I liked was the old twister logo jersey.

You guys can play with anything. However, considering that we were going forth to a nationwide audience, let alone considering the win, I'm just as happy that we played in our signature, trademark colors. Establishing brand identity across the nation.
