    Iowa State Athletics Marketing is looking for 30 volunteers to assist in distributing 30,000 gold towels to Cyclone fans before the Iowa State vs. Oklahoma State football game this Friday. Volunteers must report to Jack Trice Stadium at 4:45 p.m. on Friday and will receive 2 free tickets to the game.     I'm willing to bet the gold uni's make an appearance. I was hanging out with my friend that works for the team this weekend but didn't think to ask him about it.

    The fact that there is a twitter for ISU's uniforms is laughable..

    I also thought that one was pretty cool. Another one I liked was the old twister logo jersey.

    We can't wear gray against OSU, that's been their thing this year. Plus I think it would look ugly (Flame On!)

    I heard from a source with the team who said the gold unis will not make an appearance this year. That said, last year sources in the AD denied the existence of the gold unis until the team walked out of the Jake ahead of the Mizzou game.

    Trotting out on national tv wearing the horrible yellow jerseys(tops) would be a huge black eye on isu.

    The yellow in our color scheme is just an ugly arse yellow and shouldn't be used as main color ever.
